SHOWS
Ragdoll or Devon Rex cats are above all a wonderful character, but a real breeder is constantly striving to produce kittens as close to the breed standard as possible, i.e. the ideal, in his breeding.
That is why we participate in the International Cat Shows, where felinological judges with their "critical eye" can assess the work of breeders. Every part of the cat's body is carefully assessed. Each race has a separate score. A breed standard created by the International
The Felinology Federation [ FIFe ] is a description of ideal external characteristics.
The cat's ability to obtain a certificate depends on the cat's compliance with the ideal. The maximum number of points a cat can score is 100.
To obtain an excellent grade - Excellet necessary for the certificate, the cat must receive at least 93 points.
Additionally, each judge selects the best cat in a given category,
who gets the Best In Show nomination and the best cat in a given color group, i.e. Best In Variety.
